What does the role of Shiftleader Bartender entail? You'll be part of our awesome Beverage Creation team who do everything to give our guests a great hotel and bar experience. Your tasks are to prepare and serve drinks and to give guests a positive welcome and a good service as well as some administrative responsibilities. The role also includes working with additional sales. Who are you? As you and your colleagues are the first people guests meet in our bar, it's essential that you have a friendly and warm approach and pay attention to detail and the needs of the guest. You have a passion for food and drink and like order and tidiness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give the guests a great bar experience. We see that you have a bartender education at the bottom and a few years of experience. Your personal qualities and attitude are the most important thing for us. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
