Then you could be the one we're looking for. What does the role of Shiftleader for Housekeeping entail? Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the important task of ensuring that the hotel is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and that our guests have a "wow" feeling when they enter the hotel and their hotel room. Your main tasks are to ensure the delivery of cleaning of hotel rooms, corridor, kitchenette and public areas of the hotel. Of course, you will support the hotel team with other tasks as needed. In the role of Shiftleader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the workflow in the team. You work with the team to prioritize tasks so that the business flows so that guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift and ensure that daily tasks are completed according to the checklist. If necessary, you will be given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you will also relieve the Housekeeping Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe you will have at least two years' experience in a similar role, as well as experience in guest relations and service operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and can express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing. To thrive in the role, you also need to be thorough and have an eye for detail. It is important that you have a good physique, are flexible and have good collaboration skills, as all employees together are responsible for the guest's experience.
