What does the role of sous chef involve? You will play a very important role in the hotel by ensuring a world-class guest experience when it comes to our food and beverage environments. Your main tasks are to plan, prepare and cook food and to present the food in an appealing way. You will also support and assist the team in other areas of the hotel when needed. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, you need to have a passion for food and be attentive to detail and guests' individual needs. You'll have experience of large banquets and be able to lead your colleagues through them.
