What does the role involve? Your duties include simple cooking, preparation, picking up and keeping order in the kitchen and public areas - and of course giving a cheerful welcome to our guests. You will ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you?
