You act as a host together with the rest of the team at the hotel and create a world-class guest experience. What does the role involve? As a receptionist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service. You are the spider in the web that ensures that the guest is always in focus. You are the one who goes through the arrival list and spends time on the details, checking in and out the hotel guests. You solve most things and are a star at turning a dissatisfied guest into a satisfied guest. The area of responsibility also includes administrative work, security work and work with sales. The hotel is open around the clock and it is therefore important that you enjoy working both nights and weekends. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe that you have well-developed social skills and are able to handle many different things happening at the same time. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel guests. You also have experience and knowledge of working with a computer as a tool. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. Information about the position The position is a summer part-time night job, which means that you work nights seven days a week every other week.
