In this role as Breakfast & Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for our breakfast department and kitchen where you have the overall responsibility for the guest experience in the breakfast and that the food served in the restaurant is of high quality. Together with your team, you ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You also have a part in the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? A solid and proven background of working in kitchens and have previous experience of leading others in a similar role. You are passionate about not letting food go to waste (We have a strong focus on reducing food waste daily). You are quality conscious and have good knowledge of Swedish and European cooking. The position includes quality assurance of our breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. You have a positive view of change and have the ability to lead others through it, are flexible and easy to see solutions and build relationships. You are a leader, who sees it as a matter of course to be present at different times and days and have a holistic perspective in everything you do. Work is included in breakfast service as well as evenings and weekends. You recognize the benefits of collaboration, give regular feedback and are communicative in your leadership style.
