Scandic Mölndal is centrally located at Mölndals Galleria with good communications to Gothenburg. The entire hotel is recently renovated and has a very inviting environment for our guests. What does the role involve? In this role as Front Office Manager, you are responsible for Reception and Conference Operations, where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service from check-in to check-out. This means ensuring that you, together with your team, make sure that the guest is always in focus. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Front Office Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's department manager group, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? You have a positive approach to change and the ability to lead others through it, you are flexible and able to see solutions and build relationships. You are a leader, who takes it for granted to be present at different times and days and have a holistic perspective in everything you do. You recognize the benefits of collaboration, give regular feedback and are communicative in your leadership style. You plan your time and work purposefully towards short- and long-term goals. You live our values and act as a role model in your role. You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems.
