What does the role involve? In this role as Front Office Manager you are responsible for - Front Office where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service from check-in to check-out. This means ensuring that you, together with your team, make sure that the guest is always in focus. - Meeting & Event Coordination where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our meeting guests receive world-class service. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Front Office Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? You have very good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Information about the position: At least 3 years of experience from a similar position in the service industry is a requirement. The position is a permanent full-time position. We apply a probationary period of 6 months. You will report directly to the hotel manager. The service mainly includes day shifts, but you need to be prepared to work both early morning shifts, evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends. Start date according to agreement.
