We are looking for a Front office & Restaurant Manager for Scandic Kalmar West.

What does the role involve?
In this role as Front Office & Restaurant Manager you are responsible for
- Front Office where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service from check-in to check-out. This means ensuring that you, together with your team, make sure that the guest is always in focus.
- our Restaurant where you have the overall responsibility for providing our guests with a fantastic food and beverage experience in our restaurant. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs
You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As a leader, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Information about the position:
The position is a permanent full-time position.
We apply a probationary period. Your immediate manager will be our General Manager. The role includes both day, evening and weekend. It is an operational based role. Start date as soon as possible.
