Are you the one? Scandic Karlskrona is located directly on the water with a fantastic view of the archipelago. At the same time, the hotel is centrally located close to most of what Karlskrona has to offer. The hotel opened in 2010, this summer we welcome our guests to a newly renovated and expanded hotel with a total of 255 rooms, 8 meeting rooms, rooftop bar, wellness with sauna and pool, restaurant, bar and outdoor seating. We are now looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Scandic Karlskrona.

What does the role involve?
In this role as Housekeeping Manager you are responsible for:
- You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. This means ensuring that our guests get a "wow feeling" when they enter the hotel and their hotel room.
- You manage and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions.
- You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together.
- You are part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business.
- You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.
- The role reports to the General Manager.

You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
