In this role as Housekeeping Manager you are responsible for - Housekeeping where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This means ensuring that our guests get a "wow feeling" when they step into the hotel and in their hotel room. You manage and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Housekeeping Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Information about the position: The position is a permanent full-time position. We apply probationary employment. Your immediate manager will be our hotel manager. The service is under the Union's civil service agreement. Start date as soon as possible.
