In this role as Sous Chef you are responsible for - The kitchen where you have the overall responsibility to ensure a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and a high level of quality. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Sous Chef, you are an integral part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's department manager group, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who you are ! You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems.
