We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for Scandic Elmia as our current one is moving on within the company. Working in our restaurant where you have the overall responsibility for giving our guests a fantastic food and drink experience. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? You are positive about change and have the ability to lead others through it, you are flexible and able to see solutions and build relationships. You are a leader, who takes it for granted to be present at different times mostly in the evenings and days and have a holistic perspective in everything you do. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems.
