In this role as Restaurant Manager you are responsible for - our bar business where you are responsible, together with the Food & Beverage Manager, for giving our guests a great bar experience. As Restaurant Manager you are part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. Who are you? You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Information about the position: The position is a permanent full-time position and you should enjoy working afternoons/evenings as it is an operational role in the restaurant that operates evenings and weekends. Requirements: - Secondary education in hotel and restaurant with a focus on kitchen and restaurant or comparable practical experience of several years. - Management training and/or leadership program relevant to the position. - Good ability to effectively manage a business through goal setting, planning and monitoring of staff, finances and guest satisfaction - Experience of working in a bar and restaurant environment. Desirable experience: - Experience in a management position with personnel and financial responsibilities. - Experience in a supervisory position. We go further when differences are embraced.
