In this role as Shiftleader, you are responsible for our Breakfast Department where you, together with the Breakfast Manager, have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the breakfast experience is world-class in terms of both treatment and quality. This means working with your team to ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs. You develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your way of working you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As a Shiftleader, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning based on the needs of the business. Who are you? You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various systems.
