What does the role involve?
In this role you will be responsible for
- our Breakfast Department where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the breakfast experience is world-class in terms of both treatment and quality. This means working with your team to ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs.
You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You work every other weekend and report to the Housekeeping & Breakfast Manager.

You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
