In the role of Breakfast Manager, you are responsible for our fine breakfast and also our well-attended lunch restaurant, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the guest experience is world-class in terms of both treatment and quality. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service that meets the guest's needs. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. As Breakfast Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel and you report to our Food & Beverage Manager. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems, e.g. HACCP.
