About the role As a Work Environment Coordinator at ShoreLink, you will have a broad area of responsibility in work environment, health, environment and safety issues. You will work strategically and operationally to develop and implement routines, regulations and processes that contribute to high safety, quality and continuous improvements throughout the group. The role means that you have a coordinating responsibility for systematic work environment management and that you lead the work of maintaining and developing management systems according to ISO standards 9001 and 14001. - You will work closely with process owners and managers, supporting the organization with expertise and driving improvement work that creates long-term results. - Support and coach managers by developing procedures, working methods and regulations and following up on results. - Follow up and analyze cases in our case management system and develop the processes around this. - Planning, conducting and following up internal and external audits and leading the work during management reviews. - Delivering training in occupational health and safety and contributing to projects as needed. We are looking for people who have - Experience in strategic and operational work in the field of occupational health and safety - Knowledge of process management and preventive safety work. - Experience in working with and developing management systems, preferably according to the latest ISO standards. - Experience of systematic work environment management and improvement processes. - Good IT skills, preferably with experience of IA systems. - Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety, environment or safety (merit).
