To strengthen our position as a leading player in sustainable port operations, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to contribute to our future development. About the role As a Project Manager with us, you will play a central role in leading and coordinating projects in our business areas in the ports of Kalix, Luleå, Piteå and Skellefteå. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects reach their goals within time frames, budget and quality, while contributing to the development of future logistics solutions. There is the opportunity to take responsibility for managing and running the business after the project is completed. Your tasks will include Coordinate and align resources between internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Drive continuous improvement efforts and develop processes to optimize project flows. Support ShoreLink's overall goals in sustainability, safety and quality through proactive efforts. We are looking for you who have Relevant academic degree in production, finance, logistics, engineering or equivalent. At least three years of project management experience, preferably in industry, logistics or the transportation sector. Ability to create structure and run projects in a changing environment. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead projects in collaboration with different stakeholders.
