As a supervisor with us, you will: - Plan, allocate and manage the daily work of cargo handling. - Ensure that work instructions and safety regulations are followed. - Work administratively with documentation, reporting and risk assessments. - Collaborate cross-functionally and liaise with different parts of the business. You will report to the Head of Operations and lead a team of around 5 dedicated employees. Who are you? We are looking for you who have experience in managing employees, for example from industry, logistics or transportation. Post-secondary education is an advantage. As a person, you are caring and good at building relationships, regardless of role, and have a methodical and systematic approach. You are innovative, a good communicator and speak English. You have a service-oriented and goal-oriented approach, good structure and administrative skills. Above all, you also enjoy being where the action is, out in the business and contributing to a safe and sustainable workplace with a good working environment.
