Duties and responsibilities As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning, distributing and managing the work of loading and unloading goods. It also includes administrative work, such as documentation, reporting and risk assessments. The role places high demands on safety and you ensure that regulations and work instructions are followed to maintain a good working environment, prevent accidents and ill health.
