About the role As a Production Manager at Skanska, your tasks will mainly consist of managing projects with a focus on sustainability, safety, productivity and profitability. You will have a production responsibility for one or more projects. You will also create routines for continuous assessment and follow-up of health and safety risks and be responsible for communication and information within projects. You will be responsible for planning and managing operations, both at an overall level and in day-to-day operations, and have overall responsibility for financial management and for the financial performance of projects. The job includes, for example: - Leading production meetings - Coordinating and coordinating work - Work on budgeting, forecasting and monitoring - Establish and update project plan - Responsible for work preparation and documentation - Work environment - Purchasing - Managing and coaching employees - Apply and contribute to the improvement of common ways of working Who we are looking for This position will suit you if you are a good relationship builder and collaborator, with strong leadership, clear communication and decision-making skills. Of course, to be successful in the role, you should also have a high level of expertise in land and construction. In this role you will need: - Education in building and construction or acquired equivalent knowledge through production experience in land and construction - 3 years of experience as a production/site manager or supervisor for land and construction projects - Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing - Good IT skills and experience of working with digital tools in projects - AMA / MER construction - B-driving license - Meritorious with Concrete class 1 or 2, mobility (travel in the work) and if you worked in collaborative projects Does it sound interesting?
