The service
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for our customers in the medium-sized business segment. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from start to finish, and maintain the customer relationship through continuous dialog, follow-up and additional sales. Your customers are located throughout Sweden and you conduct customer visits both physically and digitally to be close to your customers.
Your tasks consist of working strategically and operationally with sales of the business unit's products and services to existing and new customers through long-term relationships and continuous development of the customer's business. In close dialog with the customer, you identify needs and then propose solutions that satisfy the customer's needs. You will actively work to improve customer satisfaction, increase our customer base and negotiate and issue quotations/contract proposals to customers. You will ensure the profitability of each deal and develop working methods and processes together with your colleagues to streamline and continuously improve our work.
The role also includes goal setting, budget work and planning, implementation and follow-up of sales activities within your customer segment. You will also work with feedback on market developments, competitor information and customer views.
With us, you will be part of the Corporate Sales business unit. Together we are responsible for driving sales of electricity contracts, charging boxes, solar cells and energy services to corporate customers locally and nationally with the goal of being our customers' long-term partner in their energy transition. With us, you will be part of a team of 13 employees and a group manager who process the market daily to achieve set sales goals with the customer in focus.

The positions are permanent full-time positions with location in Skellefteå. Access according to agreement. Travel occurs in the work. Work at inconvenient times may occur, for example when participating in fairs.

To apply for the position, you need to enjoy working closely with your customers and developing long-term business with them. You are a good listener and good communicator with the ability to see and capture business opportunities. Furthermore, you need to be social and comfortable in leading and conducting meetings with customers in both Swedish and English.
As a person, you have great initiative and a strong drive with the ability to work for and achieve set goals. You are self-driven but work equally well in a team. You are confident as a person and feel at home in the sales process where your verbal ability is one of your most important tools. You have analytical skills and a structured way of working. We see it as a plus if you also have an interest in IT and digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university/college or several years of work experience in B2B sales and negotiation at management level that can be deemed equivalent
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Experience in budgeting, goal setting and planning of own work with follow-up
- Computer literacy
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Driving license B
Meritorious
- Certified electricity trader
- Experience in the electrical industry and process-oriented approach
- Experience in sales of both products and services
- Experience of working in CRM systems
