The position The energy industry is facing a transformation and the Skellefteå Kraft Group is in an expansive phase. In the role of Business Analyst, you will, together with your colleagues, be a key player who contributes to developing the Group's company portfolio in accordance with the Group's strategy and needs. In this role, you will work with ownership and corporate governance of the entire group, which currently consists of eight wholly owned subsidiaries and seven partly owned companies. You are responsible for leading and coordinating the work on acquisitions and divestments of companies and are involved in other issues related to our partly owned companies. You will also provide business support to the Group's operations in both new and existing transactions and support board and owner representatives in matters relating to the Group's ownership in wholly and partly owned companies. Our working methods are process-oriented and you are driven by identifying improvements and finding synergies. You will be part of the Corporate Finance & Controlling department, which consists of 16 employees, including a head of department, three investment analysts, a group controller, a business analyst, a lawyer, a group coordinator, a specialist economist and seven controllers. You are good at communicating and creating good relationships as you as a business analyst have many contacts both inside and outside the organization. Requirements - Education at university level or equivalent - Several years of relevant work experience - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious - Education in economics or law - Experience in working with advanced accounting and/or financial issues - Experience in leading negotiations - Experience in change management Who are we then?
