Welcome with your application! The service As a carpenter, you work with construction service and maintenance in all the Group's properties. The work is very free and the tasks vary. It is important that you are generally handy and have an eye for things that need to be done. In addition to traditional carpentry assignments, the tasks include painting, changing locks and other building-related jobs of varying complexity. The tasks include ensuring that health and safety requirements are met, including risk analyses and work environment plans. You will do most of your practical tasks on your own, take your own initiative and ensure that you deliver on the whole. Together with colleagues, you coordinate the work, see what needs to be done and ensure that it is done well. You have an interest in continuously improving ways of working, anticipating risks and acting proactively. You are also drawn to creating and following standards and processes that contribute to efficient operations. In addition to the toolbox, the computer is the tool that you have mastered well. You act with proximity to the customer and try to find the best solution by being curious about the customer's needs. You convey conditions and ensure that both you and the customer have a common understanding of the information you communicate. You work closely with many different internal and external colleagues. In your work group, you plan projects and assignments together. You work together to improve working methods and resource planning. You contribute information on an ongoing basis and enable synergies. In some projects, you also participate as a member of a project team and/or as a sub-project/project manager for smaller assignments. With us, you will be part of the Real Estate Department, which is part of the Business Support business area, which is a group-wide function. The department consists of two groups, one for real estate operations and projects and one for office services/room maintenance. The Real Estate Department currently employs 26 staff including a Head of Department and a Group Manager. You will join our department, which is permeated by a wonderful cohesion. The service is a permanent full-time position with location in Skellefteå. Access according to agreement. You will be based at Skellefteå Kraft's head office but execution assignments occur in all Skellefteå Kraft's properties, facilities and premises located both inside and outside the municipality. Requirements - Educated carpenter at least at upper secondary level or equivalent skills - Several years of relevant work experience - IT experience of the Office package - Swedish in speech and writing - B driving license Meritorious - Experience of working with continuous improvements and development of working methods. - Experience of leading groups for joint improvement work, for example. Knowledge and experience of applying LOU (Public Procurement Act). - Competence and experience in general project methodology. - Experience of metal work - BE driving license - Chainsaw/grooving saw license - Experience in scaffolding, working on roofs and skylifts Who are we then?
