As a communication strategist, you act proactively to strengthen Skellefteå Kraft's brand and position as a leading player in the energy transition. You will formulate messages and produce communication materials to support the company's vision and goals. The work also includes guiding and coaching spokespersons in communicating in different contexts. With us, you will be part of the Communications Department, which consists of a Head of Communications and ten communications strategists who work closely together, but also closely with other parts of the business and the Group's management. Together, we work with a driving and solution-oriented approach to both internal and external communication. The position is a full-time temporary position for ten months, based at our head office in Skellefteå. Travel occurs. Access 2025-03-01 or according to agreement. Requirements - University or college degree in communication or other relevant field or work experience deemed equivalent. - Experience of tasks such as communication project management, branding, message formulation, planning, strategic analysis, speech writing, copywriting, management communication, change communication or press work. - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. - Very good knowledge of the Office package. Meritorious - Experience of working in communications, PR or marketing, preferably in the energy sector or related industries. - Experience in interpreting and communicating complex topics, especially related to energy and climate change. - Experience in coaching and guiding others on communication issues. - Understanding of the preferences and behaviors of different audiences to adapt messages and content to suit their needs. - Knowledge of different communication channels and ability to adapt messages and content for each specific channel. - Good knowledge of English. - Basic knowledge in mobile media.
