Skellefteå Kraft is in an expansive phase where digitization is in focus and where we at the IT department have an important role. We are now looking for two data engineers who like to work with improvements both in daily operations and development together with us. Welcome with your application! The position In the role of data engineer for application operations and service desk, your main tasks will be to provide support to the group's operations in various areas, for example in various applications, user support and hardware (mobiles, computers). The tasks include managing and developing these areas. You will participate in projects and assignments internally at IT but also together with our businesses. Object management and annual plans are a new way of working throughout the group, where the task may be to participate in object work and be the business expert. You will work as an IT object specialist for various objects, one of which is the Group's digital workplace. The role also includes some user management and hardware configuration. In the IT department as a whole, we have functions for service desk, application operation, infrastructure and development. With us, you will be part of the Application Operations/Service Desk group, which currently consists of four women and six men. Our customers are Skellefteå Kraft's various operations and their users. We have a good cohesion where we value diversity, are solution-focused and creative. We like to work on improvements together and for the good of the business. The positions are permanent positions of 100% with location in Skellefteå. Access according to agreement. Standby is included in the service and is applied after the introduction period. On-call time is Thursday-Thursday approximately every seven weeks. Interested? Requirements - Computer science degree or other relevant work experience deemed equivalent - Good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious - Experience of IT system management according to PM3 or similar - Experience of ITIL - Experience of working in Service Desk and, 2nd, 3rd line support - Microsoft 365 - Driving license B Who are we then?
