Welcome with your application! The service As a development engineer, you will both independently and in groups run assigned assignments and initiate new ideas to develop the business. You report directly to the department manager and client. Your main tasks will mainly consist of conducting investigations and performing analyses of energy improvement measures and new technologies. You will therefore need to have a technical interest. You will write reports and decision-making documents for re/investment and development projects. You must also be able to act as project manager during implementation. At Skellefteå Kraft, we solve problems together. We register and document to develop our processes and working methods. You will have contacts both within the Heat Business Unit and with people in other departments and business areas. With us, you will be part of the Development & Maintenance department (IVU) within the Heating Business Unit, which today consists of 18 employees with many different skills such as Automation Engineer, Development Engineer, Maintenance Engineer and Technician in maintenance and automation. The energy industry is in focus in the green transition and a lot is happening in the world and Skellefteå, which means that availability and production optimization are in focus. Requirements - Engineering degree at university level or equivalent skills acquired through work experience - Experience in process development in an industrial environment - Driving license B - Work systematically and purposefully to produce calculations and decision support. - Be able to understand and familiarize yourself with complex processes Meritorious - Certified project manager - Experience from energy, process and/or production industry - Ability to manage, follow up and analyze technical projects - Experience working as project manager or as sub-project manager - Knowledge of technical English - CAD knowledge - Combustion and steam knowledge Who are we then?
