The service
As a support and operations manager at E-mobility, you are responsible for ensuring that the support process is optimized through all steps, from received case to error is remedied on site both in Sweden and Denmark. You ensure routines and develop working methods and ensure all necessary documentation. You develop requirements for system support that will facilitate and support the optimized support process. Your task also includes leading and prioritizing the support work and showing a high level of business acumen in all decisions. You will ensure reporting of agreed service levels, penalty handling and product complaints. You report to the Business Unit Manager. You work with Energy Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service and the software supplier, among others.
You work strategically and operationally to develop and ensure optimal case management at all levels. You lead reconciliation meetings with internal as well as external parties in the field of operation and maintenance. You work closely with everyone in E-mobility and the business unit manager. You are also responsible for strategic dialogues with all specialists within Skellefteå Kraft as well as external parties in the field of operation and maintenance. It is fast-paced every day and requires a high ability to prioritize. You do what is required to meet deadlines and for us to succeed in solving problems in the charging network within agreed service levels.

The service is a permanent full-time position. Access 2025-02-01 or as agreed. A number of travel days in connection with reconciliation meetings with customers and suppliers occur in the service.

Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant
work experience
- In-depth knowledge of the support process
- B driving license
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Several years' experience of working with support for internal/external customers.
- Several years of experience working with support deliveries in leading roles
Meritorious
- Several years of experience from the Energy industry
- Experience of working in support flows including inventory management, field troubleshooting or similar
- System understanding of how support flows are structured and how to work with ensuring deliveries within SLA
- Experience of and/or certified in ITIL
