The service As a project manager, you are responsible for projects in terms of time, cost and quality. You will lead and coordinate preparatory and implementation projects, including continuous monitoring and reporting of project status to the client and steering group. Depending on the project, your role may be either project manager or sub-project manager. You will, on behalf of the business within Skellefteå Kraft, lead temporary work such as projects, assignments and tasks in investigation and execution. Mainly you will work with multidisciplinary construction and civil engineering projects. You will manage the projects based on the Client Responsibility and the legislation that regulates this. You need to be decisive and creative in your work with good analytical skills. The positions are permanent positions of 100% with employment in Skellefteå. Access as soon as possible or as agreed. Depending on the project, travel with overnight stays may occur in the service. The department With us, you will be part of the Project Office department, which mainly works with investment projects and to some extent with investigation projects, many of which concern the sustainability area. We are 29 employees with 20 project managers, one project coordinator, five project administrators, two group managers and a department manager. Together we support the Skellefteå Kraft Group's investment portfolio through project management and project methodology. The projects are at the forefront of Skellefteå Kraft's transition journey to 100% renewable power. Requirements - University or civil engineer or many years of industry experience supplemented with relevant courses and training - Many years of experience in project management with overall responsibility for planning and implementation of major construction projects - Experience from managing multidisciplinary projects - Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing - Driving license B Meritorious - Master's degree in engineering - Certification as project manager - Management of projects in process industry or energy - Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing - Experience with project management tools Who are we then?
