The service
As a group manager at the Service Unit, you will be responsible for 15 employees who are divided into two group constellations, Local Care and Office Service. Like so many others in the company, the group is in a journey of change that we expect you to want to be part of.
In your role as Group Manager, your main task is to coach, lead and develop the organization and your colleagues. You will have staff, budget and performance responsibilities. You will be responsible for staff planning, working methods, rehabilitation, appraisals and skills development. The role also includes planning, preparing, coordinating and managing the unit.
As a manager in our organization, you will carry our values, core values, vision and goals. You will develop your ability to engage your staff and involve them in the development of the company.
At the core, you have a coaching leadership style and work according to our principle-driven ways of working. You are constantly working to develop our ways of working and your staff. Through coaching leadership, you motivate and train your staff towards a process-oriented approach, where everyone knows what is expected of them. You identify improvements and synergies by supporting staff in our standardized processes and continuous improvement work.
Our work environment is a priority for us and being present and supportive is an important part of the job. You will work closely with the Head of the Real Estate Department and together you will work inclusively with all employees in the department. Together with the rest of the department, you will also work on improvement work to strengthen our agreed working methods.
With us, you will be one of the Real Estate department where we are currently 27 employees as well as a department manager and a group manager. You will join a department with great cohesion that is proud and driven. The group has high competence and a lot of experience. We work cross-functionally both within and outside the organization. Together we work on continuous improvements for the good of the group.
The position is a permanent position of 100% with location in Skellefteå. Travel may occur, especially as employees are located in Lycksele. Start as soon as possible or as agreed.

Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience
- Management experience
- Experience of working with continuous improvement and development of working methods
- Experience of leading groups, for example for joint improvement work
- Good user of digital tools, IT
- B driving license
