Welcome with your application! The position As Group Manager, you will lead, plan, support and develop the work. Your main tasks will be to lead, plan and support the work of the group so that operations are maintained, developed and streamlined. Based on the strategy and business plan, you will drive the development of the area of responsibility. You will allocate, develop and monitor work in a cost-effective manner. You will also ensure that processes and procedures are documented and develop the processes and systems required for efficient operations. You develop cooperation with other groups and departments. A large part of the work tasks lies in being involved in developing working methods and standardized interfaces with other departments within Skellefteå Kraft. You also contribute to the preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with the immediate manager and carry out cost follow-up of the budget. The tasks as group manager are mainly personnel responsibility for the employees. Leading the staff group through tactical planning of the staff against the business needs of deliveries from the entire department. You will also coach the employees in line with our principle-driven improvement work to increase methodological security within the group and with each individual. You support and lead your employees in accordance with Skellefteå Kraft's management agreement. With us, you will be part of the Infra department, which consists of 7 different groupings of about 110 employees. Regionnät which you will belong to consists of 19 employees. As a group manager, you will be responsible for 15 distribution electricians, 3 senior installers and 1 senior maintenance technician. The group mainly works with lines and stations from 30-170kv, this competence is crucial for us as a group to be able to meet the customers who want to connect in our network area. The service is a permanent position of 100%. The work is based in Skellefteå but travel and overnight stays may occur. Readiness may also occur (acting supervisor).
