Welcome with your application! The position As Group Manager, you will lead, plan, support and develop the work in operation and maintenance work in Finnfors. You ensure that the business plan is followed and guide the work towards set goals, processes and procedures. You possess good leadership skills and are motivated by creating conditions for your employees to develop and contribute to improving and streamlining work processes. With us, you will be part of the Energy Services Water Department, which consists of seven groups spread over four locations. In total, there are 68 employees in the department. In Finnfors, 40 employees work in three groups, where the group for project managers and engineers, which you will be responsible for, consists of ten employees. Together we work with continuous improvements to find the best ways of working, which is something you will be involved in developing with us. The position is a permanent position of 100% with employment in Finnfors. Access takes place as soon as possible and according to agreement. Interested?
