Welcome with your application! The position As Group Manager for Mek, you will lead, plan and support the work of the group so that the business is maintained, developed and streamlined. With a trust-inspiring leadership and co-creative approach, you lead the employees towards set goals. You are responsible for following the set business plan and directing work towards set goals, processes and procedures. The position has staff responsibility and delegation responsibility. You carry out the management assignment in accordance with Skellefteå Kraft's management agreement, policies, guidelines and procedures. Deadlines are in the form of financial reporting, budgeting and business follow-up. As a group manager, you report directly to the head of department. With us, you will be part of the Water Department, which consists of 68 employees. The department is responsible for operation and maintenance work on all of Skellefteå Kraft's hydropower plants in the area. You will be part of the group in Finnfors, which today consists of 13 employees, mechanics, service technicians, senior installers and a plant worker. Welcome to become one of us!
