Welcome with your application! The service In the role of IoT technician, you need to understand customer needs and how to realize these with the help of IoT. Together with our sales team, you will provide technical guidance, contribute with inspiration and present solutions and concepts (hold workshops) to existing and prospective customers. Your tasks also include training customers so that they become self-sufficient and being involved in the preparation of quotation documents. As an IoT technician, you will prioritize, plan and follow up new and ongoing projects/assignments. You will work with visualization of IoT-related services and support in execution / development projects together with the end customer and our IoT team. Business intelligence is also included in your assignment and you report to the department manager and process manager. With us, you will be part of Skellefteå Kraft Fibernät and the Technology and Operations department. We consist of a department manager and seven communication engineers. Together we deliver on the requirements and services that customers, stakeholders and authorities give us regarding quality, availability and robustness!
