Welcome with your application! The service As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the business area's large corporate customers and partners. You maintain the customer relationship through continuous dialog, follow-up and additional sales. Your customers are located throughout Sweden and you conduct customer visits both physically and digitally to be close to your customers. Your tasks consist of working strategically and operationally with sales of our entire product portfolio through long-term relationships and continuous development of our partners' business. In close dialog, you identify needs and then propose solutions that satisfy partners' needs. You ensure the profitability of each deal and develop working methods and processes together with your colleagues to streamline and constantly improve our work. The role also includes setting objectives, planning, implementing and following up on sales activities. You also follow up on outstanding quotes and current re-listings. You will also work with documentation of information in the CRM system, as well as updating customer data when necessary. You will be responsible for negotiating and issuing quotations/contract proposals to customers and signing contracts with customers for the purchase of the department's services and products. We adapt our work based on market developments, competitor information and customer views. With us, you will be part of the Financial Trading group, which consists of 9 people. We are responsible for the financial trading of electricity and other energy attributes. Financial trading is done for Skellefteå Kraft's needs but also for external customers and partners. The department is also responsible for providing analyzes, price hedging opportunities and balance responsibility to a number of municipal energy companies. We are driven by being able, together with other parts of Skellefteå Kraft, to create the best analyzes and predict how the electricity market will develop. These analyzes are important in the basis for making informed decisions for electricity trading. We will be the customer's first choice in business and investment advice, where our knowledge and service are our hallmark. The service is a permanent position of 100% with location in Skellefteå. You are sociable, confident in public speaking and actively develop the relationship with the customer in a pleasant and engaged way. You feel comfortable and confident in conducting customer meetings in both Swedish and English. When leading meetings, you do so with confidence and adapt your communication to the situation. You have a good ability to listen actively to customers, identify their needs and wishes and propose solutions that suit the customer. Through these conversations, you also identify potential business opportunities. You see challenges as opportunities to prove your skills. You work hard to stay ahead of the competition. You plan and organize your work carefully. You have an interest in IT, digital solutions and keep up to date with the latest technologies. You explore new digital tools and platforms in your daily work to improve workflow and streamline work processes. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree from university/college or several years of work experience in B2B sales and negotiation at management level that can be considered equivalent - Experience of budgeting, goal setting and planning your own work with follow-up - Computer literacy - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing - Driving license B Meritorious - Certified electricity trader - Experience in the electricity industry and process-oriented approach - Experience of working in CRM systems - Experience of working with public procurement - Experience in sales of both products and services Who are we then?
