The service
As a system coordinator, you will mainly work as an object leader within the object Purchasing, finance, invoicing. The object is a large administration that includes several digital supports that are intended to support a multifaceted business and includes a number of central activities mainly linked to the group's ERP system Microsoft D365 and the customer invoicing system Xellent. The object also includes other digital support linked to the processes in purchasing, finance and invoicing.
As the business's object manager, you are part of the object management group, which consists of roles from both business and IT. Together you work cross-functionally with both internal customers and suppliers, as well as external system suppliers. The object management's mission includes controlling and collaborating digital support needed in the object's processes, providing user support, managing changes and daily IT operations and maintenance. In your role, you will lead object management meetings and present cases to object owners and the object steering group.
In addition, you will develop the project plan together with the project manager for IT, establish ongoing documentation and reporting procedures, and coordinate, prioritize and manage activities within the project. You set requirements for relevant projects from an object perspective, monitor the business environment from an operational perspective and coordinate goals, assignments and activities with other objects and projects. You implement the objectives of the object plan within the given framework in a cost-effective way, ensure that the digital supports are useful and relevant to the business, and approve deliveries from IT parties.
In addition to the role of object manager, there may be other assignments that are more operational in nature or participate in various development and digitization projects.
With us, you will be part of the accounting department, which consists of 31 employees, including a department manager and a group manager. You will report directly to the Head of Department. The department handles customer and supplier invoices, incoming and outgoing payments, VAT, tax and monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for the entire group. We have a good team spirit, are unpretentious and work together to develop and sharpen our processes and working methods in order to be the best business support for the business.

The position is a permanent position of 100% with location in Skellefteå.

Requirements
- University education with a focus on economics, IT, or systems science or relevant work experience in the field that is considered equivalent
- Several years of experience in leading roles, such as project management, system or object management or other role with leading responsibility
- Good administrative skills with experience of documentation

- Experience in object/system management based on an established management model, such as PM3
- Experience with ERP systems
