The position For this position, your main area of responsibility will consist of procurement and purchasing of various materials, goods and services based on the customer's needs. You will have to seek and develop solutions in different ways with the aim of creating commercial agreements and added value for the group, which may involve questioning choices and influencing other choices. This means that for this position you will be well versed in the Group's business and understand which activities require what kind of focus. Furthermore, the tasks also include some purchasing strategy complements with a focus on quality and total cost across the organization. This involves analyzing the group benefit and how this can be influenced through proactive purchasing work. The position also involves responsibility for compiling and monitoring template documentation/procurement documentation so that the procurement is carried out in a sustainable, businesslike and legal and directive-compliant manner. Your tasks will mainly include procurement, framework agreements and purchasing work with a focus on construction and civil engineering contracts. In this role, you may work on procurements for large and long-term projects. You will have many contacts, both internal and external, in the construction world. You will report directly to the Head of Department. With us, you will be part of Purchasing & Logistics, which is a group-wide function responsible for the entire group's procurement, framework agreements and purchasing work. The department currently consists of 13 employees with different experiences and skills. We work together to constantly search for the best way of working. Requirements - Post-secondary education with a focus on purchasing, economics, law, engineering/civil engineering or social sciences or relevant equivalent work experience. - Work experience in similar tasks - Good computer and program management skills - Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious - Basic knowledge of LUF or LOU - Education/experience and good basic understanding of energy production and IT systems - Experience of principle-driven improvement work - Several years of experience in procurement work in the public sector - Experience in contracting in the form of partnering agreements and/or contract law - Experience in leading teams or project management - Knowledge of laws and regulations related to public procurement - Experience of role in major construction projects - Driving license B Who are we then?
