During the high season, you have an extended assignment with planning and work management. You start from Skellefteå Camping and have access to a car for transportation between the facilities. Within the group, you support and help each other with the attitude of working inclusive, welcoming and offering a safe environment for all customers and employees. Your duties include cleaning of camping cabins as well as other spaces such as service houses, staff areas and conference. During the high season, May to August, you have an important supervisory role when we receive the summer workers. You then have an extended assignment that involves planning, ordering, supervision, preparedness and training of summer staff. Working hours are mainly scheduled during the day. Weekend and evening shifts may occur. Your summer vacation will be arranged in agreement with your supervisory colleagues who share the responsibility with you. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are service-oriented and enjoy working at a fast pace. You may have experience from the cleaning profession or worked in care and service professions, As a person, you are unpretentious, take pride in your work and are not afraid to take action where needed. You spread good energy around you and are a caring colleague. With a positive attitude and commitment, you have the ability to find solutions to problems that arise and you always strive to deliver a good result. We value your personal qualities and you should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You can communicate in both Swedish and English. A B driving license is a requirement. A professional certificate from SRY is an advantage. The work contains elements of heavy lifting and you need to have physical conditions for this.
