WORK DUTIES As a coordinator within the home service, you actively contribute to the operation following the framework and reaching the goals by coordinating and planning. Just like all employees in care and social care, the coordinator has the individual in focus. In the role of coordinator in the home service, you will, among other things, be the recipient of assignments from the Decision Unit and handle cases at the hospital via the Prator system. You will coordinate and plan the daily activities together with the manager, staffing administrators and other coordinators in the collaboration area. To support you as a coordinator within home care, there are operational systems with good opportunities to create structure, extract statistics as a basis for decisions. The work may include a certain part of care and welfare work if necessary. The working hours are during the day, some weekend duty is included. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has good administrative skills and can structure and plan work effectively. You have the ability to use various digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with various systems. You are clear in your communication in Swedish, both spoken and written. Relevant education and/or experience of working in care and social care are meritorious, as is experience of scheduling, staffing planning or other administrative work. As a coordinator, you need to be skilled at structuring work and creating and maintaining plans. As the business varies a lot from day to day, it is required that you are good at finding solutions to problems as well as being flexible and able to adapt to new conditions. In order to succeed in the assignment, you need to be service-oriented, have good cooperation skills while driving your work forward in an independent way.
