Do you want to help lead the development of primary schools? Then you could be our new deputy principal at Tuböleskolan! Tuböleskolan is part of Sörböleskolan's principal area, together with Sörböleskolan, Sunnanåskolan and Gummarksskolan. The principal's area is currently organized with one principal and five deputy principals who work together to create the best conditions for our schools. Tuböleskolan is a F-6 school, located on the south side of the river in the heart of Anderstorp's residential area. It is a multicultural school with dedicated and experienced staff. Surrounded by green areas and with the forest close by, we offer an inspiring environment for our approximately 250 students. The school has three after-school departments. Skellefteå is in the middle of an extraordinary social transformation, many more people will live and live here and work is currently underway to meet the development. Welcome with your application! WORK TASKS As an assistant principal, you are directly subordinate to the principal. You have financial and personnel responsibilities and are responsible for direct educational leadership, where you lead the daily work of your employees and the business. You are also responsible for daily follow-up work environment work and ongoing premises issues. Your main task will be to be responsible for the activities at Tuböleskolan F-6 and the after-school programs at the school. Together with the principal and 4 other deputy principals, you lead the educational development work and the systematic quality work. The position also includes responsibility for processes that apply to the entire principal's area. This may include quality development, premises issues, skills supply and skills development. You are also part of the school's student health team. Depending on the conditions in each headteacher area, the headteacher may also delegate other areas of responsibility, provided that it complies with the delegations in the Education Act, the School Ordinance and the municipal leadership. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a person who, through experience and training, has acquired a good pedagogical insight into the activities. You have sufficiently good language skills in Swedish to adapt your own message to the conditions of the target group. In addition, you have a good command of spoken and written English. To work as a deputy principal, you must have a university degree in education and have completed, are completing or are prepared to start the principal program. It is an advantage if you have previously had financial, personnel and work environment responsibilities. As a person, you find it easy to create structure in your everyday work and can plan and drive your own work. You find it easy to speak up, gain the respect of others, argue and be listened to. You have good interpersonal skills and an interest and willingness to work based on trust-based management and governance. You are confident in your leadership role and have the ability to make decisions in a professional manner and drive the work and operations forward.
