We are now looking for a driven HR strategist in the area of employment and offer! The position is located at the Municipal Management Office and the Personnel and Development Department. The department has overall responsibility for HR issues, innovation and business development, supported by IT. It manages and coordinates the municipality's HR processes and personnel policy. The municipality's strategy for competence supply contains four focus areas; Attractive employer, Employment and offer, Development and learning and Sustainable working life. JOB DESCRIPTION Your primary area of focus within Recruitment and Supply will be our strategic talent management challenges. Working closely with the Head of HR and other HR strategists, you will develop and improve HR processes and follow up on the municipality's talent management plan. The work involves building new contacts and collaborating with both internal colleagues within the municipality and external actors who are important in your field. You will have overall responsibility for the municipality's work on identifying skills needs and ensuring attractive offers for both new and existing employees. You will also have strategic responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from recruitment to departure, and development efforts linked to these processes. Your support will also be important in the continued work with full-time as a norm. QUALIFICATIONS You have a relevant university degree and have previously worked with development at a strategic level in a large organization. You have experience of working to improve and streamline overall HR processes to achieve good results in the business. As a person, you are driven and resourceful, you have an ability to create an overview and it is natural for you to have a holistic perspective. You are confident in your competence and communicate skillfully both orally and in writing in Swedish. You enjoy driving HR processes forward with determination and have the ability to create good relationships. OTHER The municipal management office works to develop the whole of Skellefteå with dialog, collaboration and participation as tools. It is responsible for a number of overall issues. These include communication, personnel, finance, planning, community development and business issues. In addition, the municipal management office will be a competence resource for the municipal director, the management team, heads of administration and CEOs of our municipally owned companies, so that the municipal group develops based on common visions, goals and assignments.
