As a nurse with us, you will have independent, varied work where planning and prioritization are an important part. You will work with assessment, planning, execution and follow-up of healthcare interventions in the patient's home. Together with a dedicated healthcare team, you will also mentor and support other professionals to help them grow in their professional roles. The work is mobile and changing with many different contacts with patients and relatives, colleagues and others within and outside the organization where the region is an important partner. You play a decisive role in the design of person-centred care based on each patient's unique needs and wishes. With us, you become part of a professional and committed group. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are registered nurses, or soon to be registered nurses. If you have previous experience of working as a nurse, it is advantageous. A good subject competence and willingness to keep up-to-date in your professional field is a prerequisite for success in the role. As a person, you are independent, proactive and responsible. It is advantageous if you have completed specialist training in relevant fields. The work requires that you have a careful and systematic approach, an eye for details and the ability to prioritize correctly. You are educational in your communication, considerate in your treatment and enjoy working closely in a team. B driving license a requirement. To be successful in the role, you need to have good communication skills in Swedish in speech and writing. Skellefteå municipality is a Finnish and Sami administrative municipality, it is therefore advantageous if you know Finnish or Sami.
