JOB DESCRIPTION As a property technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipality's properties together with your colleagues. You work with fault reports of ventilation, heating, sanitation and other things that are linked to property maintenance. The customer is an important partner in ensuring that the work is carried out as smoothly and quickly as possible. You will work independently and be responsible for planning and organizing your tasks. As your work involves many different aspects of property maintenance, your work will be varied and diverse. It can range from minor repairs and maintenance work to more extensive projects. Standby duty may be required. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in real estate or operations technology or relevant professional experience from the real estate industry or related industries. You may have worked in a similar role or otherwise gained experience that allows you to handle the role well, for example as a plumber or electrician. We would like you to have experience in repairing and maintaining ventilation, heating and sanitation. To be able to travel between different workplaces within Skellefteå municipality, you need a B driving license. In the role, you need to have good communication skills in Swedish in speech and writing as well as the ability to use various digital tools in the work. As a real estate technician, you should have the ability to listen to customer needs and enjoy providing service. To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy varied tasks and feel comfortable independently planning and structuring your days and being able to make your own decisions.
