You support students based on their individual needs so that they achieve the educational goals by, for example, clarifying teachers' instructions and helping students organize school work. The role can also be teacher-supportive, which means working closely with the teacher, for example by preparing lessons and materials and by documenting. You will help create a sense of calm in and outside the classroom. You interact with other staff and pupils and other key contacts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish in both speech and writing. To succeed in the role of student assistant, you need to be able to use digital tools in working with students and in documentation. It is desirable that you have experience of working with people with IF and functional variations. If you have experience of the visual language TAKK, it is an advantage. As a person, you are flexible, responsible and responsive to the needs of students. You are also clear, patient and able to set limits. You also have a professional approach, good initiative and are easy to work with others. You can plan and manage your own work. You have the ability to stay one step ahead and see and meet each student's individual needs and conditions. You have a positive student view and are low-effective in your treatment. In the role of student assistant, collaboration skills are important. The work is carried out in close cooperation with your team where you together manage a high workload during certain periods. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. The positions are temporary with start date as soon as possible and end date June 12, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
