Those who work in home care are obliged to document their work in Lifecare. Of course, we offer an introductory training for you as a new employee. Working hours are shifted to daytime Monday-Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys cleaning and providing service. Since the work is carried out at the customer's place, it is important that you have a good attitude and are responsive as part of the role involves paying attention to health changes or disorders that may need to be reported. As a person, it is required that you are good at collaborating while also having the ability to plan your work independently and take your own initiative. We place great importance on personal characteristics. The role requires good communication skills in Swedish, both in speech and writing, in order to be able to adapt your message to the individual's circumstances.
