WORK TASKS In the Resource Team, you will work with the regular tasks of the business, which can vary depending on needs. Together with licensed staff, you will be involved in the educational work with children and students in focus. The roles we are looking for for the Resource Team are preschool assistant, childminder, school assistant, teacher assistants and educational assistants. In the preschool, you will work together with colleagues in the business, creating a safe and educational environment where every child becomes their best self. To promote children's development, you will lead and participate in various activities, games and adventures both indoors and outdoors. Communicating and working closely with guardians is something you take responsibility for. In primary schools, your role will be to guide and support pupils to achieve their educational goals and to work as a complement to the team based on the curriculum. It can also involve working with individual pupils to sometimes working with pupils in groups or in class, as well as guiding and supporting pupils with different needs to achieve educational goals. You will support and help pupils to organize their school work, clarify teachers' instructions and materials, create structure for the pupil's school day and be a personal support and role model. Collaboration with children, pupils, guardians and colleagues is an important part of the job, whatever your role. Together with colleagues, you work actively with the mission and development work of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who have experience, are considering further training or are already trained towards the preschool or school world with a focus on children aged 1-16 years. You have some understanding of the curriculum and the documents that govern the activities. You have good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and the ability to use digital technology as a tool in your work. If you know sign language, Finnish, Sami or other languages besides Scandinavian, it is an advantage. The position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and working methods. You have good interpersonal skills and are unpretentious. This means, among other things, that you are able to make suggestions, give advice, tips and ideas on how you and your team can solve challenges, and you are able to listen and take on board the advice, tips and ideas of others. You have a creative and flexible approach that promotes children's learning and development. In the assignment, you are expected to be able to travel to all preschools and schools in Skellefteå municipality.
