Description of the role In the role of Customer Sales Officer, you are part of the team responsible for managing sales activities in the market outside Europe. You have a supporting role in sales activities and are the main person customers turn to with questions and concerns. Here you are a key link between the customer and the internal team, ensuring seamless order processing, timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You are part of an international team but belong to the sales organization in Roermond/Netherlands, with location in Piteå. In this role you will report to the Account Manager & Sales Director. Main tasks of the position - Be the primary customer contact, providing high quality and timely responses - Manage customer orders, adjustments and cancellations through SAP ERP system - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing - Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders Requirements and competencies We are looking for you who have a degree in business administration, commercial finance, international business or similar. You have at least three years of experience in a customer-oriented role in an international environment. Furthermore, we see that you have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, mainly Excel. You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Swedish, knowledge of Dutch or German is an advantage. As a person, we believe that you are a careful and driven team player with an interest in the paper industry, who can prioritize and structure your own work.
