About the position As an HR specialist, you will work with a focus on recruitment, training issues and skills development. You will manage different HR systems and use social media strategically to strengthen our skills supply. You will help to ensure that recruitment processes follow the highest standards and that suitable candidates are placed in the right positions. The work also includes improving processes and working methods to increase efficiency and quality within the HR department. Qualifications The successful candidate will be a qualified human resources professional with experience in competency-based recruitment and administration. Experience with various HR systems and social media as well as experience in training and skills management would be an advantage. As English is the corporate language, a good command of spoken and written English is required. Who are you?
