The direct bank of Sparebank 1 Østlandet is located in Hamar and Oslo, and has approximately 100 employees. The direct bank is the bank's customer center for the private market, and is responsible for handling all incoming customer inquiries within insurance.

Are you an experienced insurance advisor with a strong commitment to creating good customer experiences? Do you want to be an important resource in the bank and help strengthen our position in the market? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

With us, you'll have the opportunity to work with exciting products, build strong customer relationships and, most importantly, acquire new customers. We are located in the bank's office at Youngstorget.

Some shift rotation must be expected within 08-18


Tasks

  • Advice and sales of non-life and personal insurance to private individuals over the phone.
  • See opportunities and quickly take relevant initiatives towards customers
  • Contribute to growth and development through interaction with other parts of the Group.
  • Guide the customer to the use of self-service solutions for the benefit of the customer and the bank.
  • In addition to telephone, e-mail, chat and other written tools will also be used.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education.
  • Documented sales results - you must be a good salesperson!
  • Experience from outbound insurance sales.
  • Authorized insurance seller.
  • Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools.
  • Good self-management skills.
